All terms stated in this document apply to the use of the omgbd platform. Please read in full before creating an account.

General Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the omgbd platform and all associated services. These Terms are entered into between you ("User" or "Player") and the authority operating omgbd.
By accessing the omgbd platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
omgbd is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible online gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. We use SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. A strict "Fair Play" policy is upheld across our platform.
Definitions
The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry specific meanings:
"Platform"
The omgbd website (omgbd.mom), its mobile version, and all associated digital services are collectively referred to as the "Platform".
"Account"
A personal profile registered in a player's name, through which they can access the platform's services.
"Bonus"
Additional credits or benefits granted by the platform, provided under specific conditions.
"Wagering Requirement"
The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
"Turnover"
The total amount wagered on an account within a given period.
"VIP Program"
omgbd's loyalty rewards program, which has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
The omgbd platform is for users aged 21 and above only. At the time of registration you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be cancelled immediately and their balance may be forfeited.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be suspended and any associated bonuses will be considered void.
3.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the following consequences:
- Immediate account suspension or cancellation
- Forfeiture of funds held in the account
- Cancellation of bonuses and rewards
- A ban from using the platform in the future
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
In the interest of security and transparency, omgbd may request documents at any time to verify identity, age, or payment method. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily restricted.
Account Management
4.1 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Avoid giving anyone else access to your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, immediately change your password from the omgbd Login page and contact support.
4.2 Updating Account Information
If there are changes to your personal details (mobile number, email, payment method, etc.), please inform us promptly. omgbd is not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.
4.3 Account Balance
Your account balance may be divided into two parts: (a) Cash Balance — withdrawable immediately; and (b) Bonus Balance — withdrawable after the wagering conditions have been met.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
omgbd supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
- No additional charges on deposits (however, your payment provider may apply a fee)
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Withdrawal processing time: usually completed within 5–30 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed
5.3 Withdrawing Bonus Balance
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.4 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears suspicious or unusual, omgbd reserves the right to place it on hold pending review. If evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the relevant amount will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500 (total balance ৳2,500); a deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 (total balance ৳20,000).
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times the bonus amount).
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions — please read the details before accepting an offer
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted
- A bonus may only be usable on designated games or categories
- If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, all benefits will be cancelled
- omgbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
6.3 VIP Program
omgbd's three-tier VIP program offers weekly cashback: up to 0.4% at the Bronze tier, up to 0.8% at the Silver tier, and up to 1.2% at the Gold tier. You can advance to a higher tier based on your activity and regular participation.
Betting & Gaming Rules
7.1 General Betting Rules
Once all bets have been finally confirmed, they cannot be changed or cancelled. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, omgbd reserves the right to re-evaluate based on the correct result.
7.2 Sports Betting
Please read the rules for a specific sport before participating in its betting market. Markets are available for cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, etc.), football (FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and more. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with omgbd's rules.
7.3 Casino Games
Slots, live casino, fishing games, and other games each have their own rules. Detailed instructions are provided in the "How to Play" section within each game. In the event of a fault in a game provider's software, the provider's rules will take precedence.
7.4 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server outages, internet disconnection, or other technical issues, omgbd will attempt to provide the best resolution based on saved data. However, omgbd does not accept liability for compensation in cases of issues caused by external factors.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:
8.1 Fraud & Manipulation
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
- Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
- Placing bets in collusion with other players
8.2 Money Laundering
- Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources onto the platform
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
- Conducting transactions using another person's payment method
8.3 Platform Security Violations
- Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures
- Unauthorised access to another user's account
- Attempting to modify the platform's code or system
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
omgbd strives to keep the platform running at all times. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. omgbd is not liable for any financial loss arising from such situations.
9.2 Third-Party Services
omgbd is not directly liable for issues with game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) or payment providers. However, we will make every effort to assist in resolving any such issues.
9.3 Financial Loss
There is a risk of financial loss in gambling. omgbd never guarantees the return of lost funds. Players must make decisions at their own responsibility and place bets within their means.

Account Suspension and Closure
11.1 Closure at the Player's Request
You may request to close your account at any time. Contact support and ensure there are no pending bets or balance remaining in the account. Any remaining cash balance will be refunded.
11.2 Suspension at omgbd's Initiative
omgbd may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:
- Involvement in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8
- Providing false information or failing identity verification
- Account being inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months)
- Self-exclusion as part of a responsible gaming program
- Legal or regulatory obligations

Changes to Terms
